Congratulations!! You took a pregnancy test and it came out positive. Then you scheduled a consult and tour at our birth center. And while you visited us, we put together an estimate for your insurance coverage. Most people really don't understand how their insurance plans actually work. I mean, they understand that they have insurance but they often don't understand why they have to pay anything out of pocket or a how we come up with the estimate, so we thought we would help break this down for you.  But first: there are different ways people obtain insurance plans. Some employers include insurance plans are a benefit to working with their company. Employers will contract with different insurance companies and each employer might offer different plans to different employees, so just because you have Cigna, as an example, it doesn't mean all Cigna plans are the same. Hello every one! I am working with a great IT guy who is helping H2H get all of it's accounts set into one easy way for us to maintain all of our social networks...that said, I am asking a big favor: please go to our blog (linked here today) and sign up for our email notifications. I list all of our events, articles, birth announcements, ect, onto the blog because it is easier to do than trying to keep up with such things like Constant Contact. If you are signed up for our email notifications, when we post important events (classes, births, ect.) you will receive messages personally instead of missing events that get lost on networks such as FB. Melinda: ““When a woman is giving birth, she has sorrow because her hour has come, but when she has delivered the baby, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world.” ‭‭John‬ ‭16:21‬ ‭‬‬ How true this scripture is. From the time we checked into H2H, it was pure agony. I wanted to give up so many times, in fact I voiced that quite a few times. However, as soon as Blaine handed me our Thomas Edward, I didn’t remember the pain. All I cared about was my sweet Thomas was finally here & he was absolutely perfect.
