Insurance

Congratulations!! You took a pregnancy test and it came out positive. Then you scheduled a consult and tour at our birth center. And while you visited us, we put together an estimate for your insurance coverage. Most people really don't understand how their insurance plans actually work. I mean, they understand that they have insurance but they often don't understand why they have to pay anything out of pocket or a how we come up with the estimate, so we thought we would help break this down for you.  But first: there are different ways people obtain insurance plans. 12/08/09: New Building Update

Hello all, quick update on the building and the move: the final inspection is scheduled for tomorrow for the certificate of occupancy. I don't see how it will happen...but I am a bit skeptical at this point. the sink cabinets are in but I think there was a plumbing issue. the cabinets had not been delivered as of today, which means countertops couldn't be installed. If the inspection is not passed tomorrow I think we will be behind another full week. I am trying to not be too disappointed but it is hard being all packed up and disorganized when we are used to running a pretty tight ship. And the not knowing is the frustrating part. If I just had someone saying " Michelle, it will not be until after Jan 1" I would be okay. Ah well. With all the confusion I forgot to blog in two births. I will do them as separate entries though. I will update everyone tomorrow with the inspection results and the final move date.
